
Caraway Cabbage Salad
Are you tired of the same, monotonous Cole-slaw? This salad has a lovely, unusual flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 Cabbage
- 60 ml Vinegar
- 60 ml Oil
- 2,5 ml Sugar
- 5 ml Salt
- 2 ml Black Pepper
- 5 ml Caraway Seeds
- 15 ml Parsley, Chopped
- 15 ml Chives. Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
Instructions
- Using the Grater Bowl, shred the cabbage finely.
- Shake all remaining ingredients together in the Quick Shake and allow this dressing to stand for a couple of hours.
- Place cabbage in a large bowl and pour dressing over just before serving.
Notes
The Chop-n-pour is very handy for chopping small amounts of ingredients, eg fresh herbs.
