
Golden Sultana Salad
Add some sunshine to winter meals with this lovely salad
Ingredients
- 250 ml Diced pineapple
- 250 ml Shredded cabbage
- 250 ml Chopped, peeled cucumber
- 125 ml Sultanas
- 15 ml Chopped parsley
- 15 ml Grated onion
- 125 ml Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a Sonstraler Bowl. Serve.
