Add some sunshine to winter meals with this lovely salad
Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Diced pineapple
  • 250 ml Shredded cabbage
  • 250 ml Chopped, peeled cucumber
  • 125 ml Sultanas
  • 15 ml Chopped parsley
  • 15 ml Grated onion
  • 125 ml Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together in a Sonstraler Bowl. Serve.
