
Fruity Noodle Salad
This colourful salad is simply delicious. Make it with or without curry.
Ingredients
- 500 ml Cooked shell noodles
- 2 Green peppers, chopped
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 1 Green apple, chopped
- 1 Yellow apple, chopped
- 1 Red apple, chopped
- 75 ml Nuts
- 75 ml Raisins
- 75 ml Sultanas
Dressing
- 375 ml Mayonnaise
- 15 ml Curry, optional
- 35 ml Chutney
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a Sonstraler Bowl.
Notes
Dip the apples in lemon juice to prevent discolouring
