
A Bowl of Noodles with Fried Egg
A noodle recipe topped with a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 -2 cups of water
- 1 individual package of Japanese noodles with liquid flavor packet
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1 scallion sliced
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil and add the noodles.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Place the contents of the flavor packet into a bowl and pour the noodles and water on top.
- Fry the egg in the butter, then place on top of the noodles.
- Sprinkle on the scallion.
