
Southwest Salad
A simple salad that anyone can make.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 cup diced marinated boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato seeded
- 1 cup fat free ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Assemble vegetables, chicken and cheese on a large plate.
- Mix together ranch dressing and taco seasoning until combined.
- Serve dressing on the side.
