Slow cooked chicken stew

Slow cooked chicken with baby potatoes, tomato and onion. This is a really easy recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chickens cut into pieces
  • 10 baby potatoes skin on
  • 3 Tomatoes quartered
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pkt minestrone soup or pkt soup of your choice
  • 700 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Brown your chicken pieces (or not, I don’t) and place them in the pot.
  • Sprinkle the soup powder over.
  • Then add all the ingredients and the water.
  • Turn the slow cooker to auto and leave for 6 hours to cook. (4 hours on high or 8 hours on low).
