New Potato Salad

This yummy potato salad can be served hot or cold, at a main meal or a braai.
Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 500 Grams Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 15 ml Oil
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 250 Grams Bacon, chopped
  • 10 ml Mixed herbs
  • 5 ml Garlic salt
  • 100 ml Fruit Chutney

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes until cooked, but still firm.
  • Fry the onions and bacon in the oil and add potatoes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Notes

Sliced mushrooms and tomatoes can also be fried and added.
