
Peppermint Caramel Tart

Ingredients
- 250 ml Fresh cream or Orley whip
- Tin of caramel treat
- 2 Peppermint crisps
- 1 pkt Tennis biscuits
Instructions
- Whip cream until stiff.
- Add caramel and mix together with Paddle scraper until cream and caramel are just blended. (Too much mixing will make the mixture too thin.)
- Using the Grater Bowl, grate the 2 peppermint crisps.
- Place a layer of tennis biscuits in the base of Rectangle 1.
- Pour half of the caramel/cream mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with half of the grated peppermint crisps.
- Add another layer of each, ending with a layer of peppermint crisp.
- Seal and refrigerate until serving time.
Notes
Use the Quick Shake to whip cream without electricity. Chill the cream, place in the Quick Shake and shake vigorously for 3-4 minutes until you have the desired thickness.
