Peppermint Caramel Tart

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Fresh cream or Orley whip
  • Tin of caramel treat
  • 2 Peppermint crisps
  • 1 pkt Tennis biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Whip cream until stiff.
  • Add caramel and mix together with Paddle scraper until cream and caramel are just blended. (Too much mixing will make the mixture too thin.)
  • Using the Grater Bowl, grate the 2 peppermint crisps.
  • Place a layer of tennis biscuits in the base of Rectangle 1.
  • Pour half of the caramel/cream mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle with half of the grated peppermint crisps.
  • Add another layer of each, ending with a layer of peppermint crisp.
  • Seal and refrigerate until serving time.

Notes

Use the Quick Shake to whip cream without electricity. Chill the cream, place in the Quick Shake and shake vigorously for 3-4 minutes until you have the desired thickness.
