
Lemon Custard Fridge Tart
A simple yet irresistible dessert
Ingredients
- 390 grams Tin condensed milk
- 50 ml Lemon juice
- 1 l Thick custard
- 1,5 pkt Tennis biscuits or crumbed Marie biscuits
Instructions
- Beat the condensed milk with the lemon juice in the 1 L Mix-N-Stor until thick and creamy.
- In the Stor-N-Freeze 6 or the Rectangle 1, layer as follows: biscuits, custard, condensed milk, biscuits, custard, condensed milk.
- Decorate with coconut and cherries.
- Seal and refrigerate until set.
Notes
Use the Paddle Scraper to cut portions to avoid scratching your tupperware.
