Baked Angel Fish

This recipe is cheap, fast, and easy. For those who don’t really like fish, this one actually DOES taste like chicken!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm angel fish pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 15 ml garlic butter 15 ml butter with a clove of crushed garlic mixed in
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat your oven to 180.
  • Skin your angel fish, place each piece on some tin foil (aluminium foil) shiny side in. You can use a whole fish, but I prefer the pieces (it’s easier),
  • Season with salt and pepper and mixed herbs. Sprinkle the lemon juice over and dot each piece with a little garlic butter.
  • Seal the pieces in their foil and bake for +/- 20-30 minutes, until fish is done.
