Creamy Mash Potato

A Mash potato with onion and garlic recipe that serves 6-8 people.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a pan and when it is bubbling add onions and garlic fry for 5 min, allowing the butter to brown and the onions to be soft.
  • In a bowl mash the potato with the milk and cream cheese, once this is creamy and smooth add the butter, onion and garlic and mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
