
Creamy Mash Potato
A Mash potato with onion and garlic recipe that serves 6-8 people.
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes boiled and peeled
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan and when it is bubbling add onions and garlic fry for 5 min, allowing the butter to brown and the onions to be soft.
- In a bowl mash the potato with the milk and cream cheese, once this is creamy and smooth add the butter, onion and garlic and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
