
Curried Pesach Chicken
This curried chicken is delicious hot or cold. I usually double the recipe
Ingredients
- 1 chicken portioned
- 1 cup mayonnaise Homemade Mayonnaise
- garlic
- 15 ml KLP curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup matza meal
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients, except the matza meal and chicken, in a large bowl. Place the matza meal in a plastic bag.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the mayonnaise mixture and then drop the pieces into the matza meal, shake the bag to coat is piece well and place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180 till crispy and brown.
