Curried Pesach Chicken

This curried chicken is delicious hot or cold. I usually double the recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken portioned
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Homemade Mayonnaise
  • garlic
  • 15 ml KLP curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup matza meal

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ingredients, except the matza meal and chicken, in a large bowl. Place the matza meal in a plastic bag.
  • Coat the chicken pieces with the mayonnaise mixture and then drop the pieces into the matza meal, shake the bag to coat is piece well and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake at 180 till crispy and brown.
