In Fix-N-Mix, mix ice cream and condensed milk thoroughly.
Chop remaining ingredients, and add to ice cream mixture.
Pour into oiled Jel-Ring (enlarged with Tri-Jel plate) and use remainder to fill Tri-Jel.
Freeze overnight.
Unmould Jel-Ring and unmould Tri-Jel on top.
Decorate with remainder of whispers Serves 12
