Mix dry ingredients together in a Mix-N-Stor. Add beer and mix well.
In Quick Shake, beat egg white until stiff. Fold into mixture in Mix-N-Stor with Paddle Scraper.
Dip onion rings into batter.
Fry in hot oil until light brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towel.
Notes
To prevent sogginess, always ensure that the oil is hot enough before frying. To test this, put a bread crumb into the oil. If it sizzles, the temperature is correct.
