Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Glaze:

Tomato sauce

Soft brown sugar

Fruit Chutney

Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Grease a loaf tin. If you are going to freeze it, then line it with foil.
Combine all ingredients in a Large mixing bowl.
Spoon into loaf pan, level with Paddle scraper.
Combine all ingredients for glaze in Quick shake. Shake well and spoon over meat mixture.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Notes
Prepare an extra meat loaf and freeze in a Stor-n-freeze container. Use foil lining to transfer meat loaf from loaf pan to Stor-n-freeze container.
