Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Oil
  • 250 ml Fruit chutney
  • 125 ml Lemon juice
  • 65 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 ml Dry mustard
  • 1 Clove garlic, crushed
  • 2,5 kg Pork spare ribs

Instructions
 

  • Shake all ingredients except ribs together in the Quick shake.
  • Pour over ribs in Season Serve. Seal and allow to marinade in the fridge overnight, flipping occasionally.
  • Barbecue ribs until golden brown and cooked through, brushing often with marinade during cooking.
