
Marinated Pork Spare Ribs
Try something new! Spare ribs with a delicious homemade sauce.
Ingredients
- 250 ml Oil
- 250 ml Fruit chutney
- 125 ml Lemon juice
- 65 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 10 ml Dry mustard
- 1 Clove garlic, crushed
- 2,5 kg Pork spare ribs
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients except ribs together in the Quick shake.
- Pour over ribs in Season Serve. Seal and allow to marinade in the fridge overnight, flipping occasionally.
- Barbecue ribs until golden brown and cooked through, brushing often with marinade during cooking.
