Marinated Pork Spare Ribs

Try something new! Spare ribs with a delicious homemade sauce.
- 250 ml Oil
- 250 ml Fruit chutney
- 125 ml Lemon juice
- 65 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 10 ml Dry mustard
- 1 Clove garlic, crushed
- 2,5 kg Pork spare ribs
Shake all ingredients except ribs together in the Quick shake.
Pour over ribs in Season Serve. Seal and allow to marinade in the fridge overnight, flipping occasionally.
Barbecue ribs until golden brown and cooked through, brushing often with marinade during cooking.
