
Herb Spaghetti
A buttery spaghetti and herbs that serves 4
Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 2 tsp dried oregano 2 tablespoon fresh chopped
- 2 tsp dried basil 2 tablespoon fresh chopped
- 2 tsp dried chives 2 tablespoon fresh chopped
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- Parmesan cheese and Tussers cheese to garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water add your spaghetti and cook until just soft (al dente), Then drain.
- Put the drained spaghetti back into the pot and add oil and herbs.
- Toss the spaghetti well, coating it with the butter and herbs.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
