Ingredients

500 g Horseradish root cleaned and grated
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs black pepper
2 beetroots cooked peeled and grated.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a glass bottle and seal.
If there is not enough liquid add more vinegar.
