Horseradish- Chrain
Horseradish sauce is great with roasts and on its own or even mixed with mayonnaise. Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 500 g Horseradish root cleaned and grated
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 2 beetroots cooked peeled and grated.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a glass bottle and seal.
- If there is not enough liquid add more vinegar.
