Mince meat ragout

A delicious mince meat recipe that serves 4-6

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm lean beef mince
  • 3 large baby marrows sliced
  • 8 rosa tomatoes
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 125 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper diced
  • 1 table spoon oil
  • 1 tsp Korma

Instructions
 

  • Fry onion, garlic and korma spice in oil, till soft.
  • Add diced pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add baby marrows and tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Add water and tomato sauce and simmer for 10 more minutes.
  • Lastly add your mince and simmer till brown and the vegetables are tender but not mushy.
  • Serve with starch of your choice.
