tomato sauce

mushrooms sliced

green pepper diced

Korma
Instructions
Fry onion, garlic and korma spice in oil, till soft.
Add diced pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
Add baby marrows and tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add water and tomato sauce and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Lastly add your mince and simmer till brown and the vegetables are tender but not mushy.
Serve with starch of your choice.
