Delicious and easy way to serve potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 potatoes grated
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 TBS grated onion
  • 1/2 cup matzah meal
  • 60 ml schmaltz or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat your oven to 200 C
  • Once you have peeled and grated the potatoes, let them rest in a colander or strainer to drain the excess water.
  • Mix all your ingredients together and then stir in the potato and onion.
  • place in a greased oven proof dish.
  • Bake until crisp and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
