Homemade Ice Cream

This is the only ice cream recipe you will ever need, it is easy and versatile.
- 250 ml Orley whip or other cream substitute
- 125 ml sugar castor sugar is better, but you can use regular sugar
- 4 eggs no need to separate
- 5 ml Vanilla essence
Variations
Strawberry – replace vanilla essence with a packet of unsweetened strawberry or cherry or raspberry jelly.
Chocolate – add 30 ml cocoa powder
Coffee- replace the essence with 5 ml instant coffee dissolved in a little boiling water and add
Nut – add 1-2 cups chopped nuts
Peanut butter – replace essence with 5 ml peanut butter softened in boiling water
Serve and enjoy.
