Brush the oil over the tortilla’s and sprinkle lightly with your choice of spice, I like to use either garlic and herb or Herbamare or Trochamare (available at health shops and Clicks or Dischem)
Cut the tortilla’s into triangles, I used a pizza slicer and arrange the slices on baking trays.
Place in the oven at 180 C till golden brown and crisp. Enjoy with your favourite dips and toppings, or just on it’s own.
