Tortilla

Tortilla Nacho Style Chips
Course Appetizer, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet of tortilla’s/ wraps
  • +/- 30 ml Olive oil or cooking oil for coating
  • Spice of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Brush the oil over the tortilla’s and sprinkle lightly with your choice of spice, I like to use either garlic and herb or Herbamare or Trochamare (available at health shops and Clicks or Dischem)
  • Cut the tortilla’s into triangles, I used a pizza slicer and arrange the slices on baking trays.
  • Place in the oven at 180 C till golden brown and crisp. Enjoy with your favourite dips and toppings, or just on it’s own.
