Sweet Fish Curry

A fish curry with a slight kick. Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients
  

  • Oil for frying
  • 500 gm firm white fish like hake
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 gm green beans
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 tsp Masala spice depends on how spicy you like it
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 50 gm tomato paste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Basmati rice cooked as per instructions

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic with the Masala spice, tumeric and ginger, until the onion is soft.
  • Add the milk and the tomato paste and stir. Add the fish and green beans.
  • Cover and simmer till the fish flakes easily. Season to taste.
  • Serve over Basmati rice
