2litreschicken stock use cubes or powder or make your own
240mldiced celery
240mldiced carrots you can use frozen
2chicken breasts diced
240mlmayonnaise
480mlcooked rice
Instructions
Heat the onion in a pan and fry the onion until soft, Add the curry powder and mix well.
Add the chicken stock, celery, carrots and chicken and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in the mayonnaise and rice. Pour into a wide-mouth flask and seal.
