Equipment

  • Deep Sauce Pan
  • Pasta spoon
  • sauce pan (optional)

Materials

  • 250 Grams pasta
  • 2 Liters water boiling
  • 1 tsp salt into water

Instructions

  • Use a deep sauce pan and boil the pasta in the boiling water to which the salt has already been added. Cook until soft.
  • Macaroni- approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
    Spaghetti, Noodles and Vermicelli- approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Turn out into colander, rinse with cold water.
  • Put colander over a sauce pan containing a little boiling water if the pasta is to be kept hot.
